Frequently asked questions
All of our wall art is proudly made in the USA or Australia. Our standard stretched Canvas Prints are printed on high-quality polycotton canvas, before being stretched around a 38mm wood poplar frame, gallery-wrapped (which is a fancy way to say that it’s neatly finished) and strung as either landscape or portrait. Our Framed Prints are printed onto bright white, 100% cotton rag, archival quality paper before being mounted onto a foamcore board, framed and strung as either landscape or portrait. Our Poster Prints were practically made for you! These funky fresh designs are giclee printed on ultra smooth art paper.
To keep your Framed Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed Poster Prints clean and dust free, simply wipe them over regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Good quality microfibres are our favorites! Remember to never use chemical cleaning products or water as this could damage your artwork. Also, make sure that you keep all artwork out of direct sunlight, as this can lead to fading or warping.
Good things come to those who wait! All of our wall art is handmade in the United States or Australia, different products have different production times. Below is a list of our typical order fulfilment timeframes per product. Canvas Prints – produced within 7-10 business days Framed Prints – produced within 5-7 business days Rolled Paper + Canvas – produced within 5-7 business days Poster Prints – produced within 3-5 business days Cushions & Decor – processed within 3 business days Standard shipping timeframes should be added on top of the production times listed above.
How annoying is it when you fall in love with a product and then you find out it's out of stock?! Great news though – all of our artwork is in stock if its available to purchase!
Super easy international shipping options! All orders over $200 USD receive 100% free shipping. Orders between $100-$199 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee. Orders between $0-$99 have a flat $19.99 shipping fee. Shipping rates are applied after discounts and promotions.
We sure do! Premium Canvas Print prints stretched and framed are available in USA, AUS, UK & Europe. Product availability and sizing does depend on your location.
We’re so sorry to hear that you’ve received a damaged or faulty item! So that we can arrange to have a refund or replacement processed as quickly as possible, please follow our easy dispute process. Login to your account, select your order and submit a customer service request, or email us at info@hommesdecor.com. Please send a photo of the damaged/faulty items, as well as the box it was delivered in – this will assist us in figuring out the cause for the fault or damage once we’ve received all of the necessary information, we’ll begin processing your replacement order straight away. It is recommended for you to add shipping/delivery insurance at checkout. More details are provided at check out.
We offer 14 days (from delivery) for returns and exchanges. Your items must be in brand new, unopened condition and resealable using the original shipping box (so hold onto it!). A 20% restocking fee applies. More details can be found in our Returns policy.
